The third of three short studies for snare drum and graphic score. This installment is an exploration of coordination and features finger rolls on the skin of the snare drum. It requires the performer to follow a video score created in max msp which instructs them on which finger to strike the drum with. The work is to performed with small LEDs that clip to the fingers or glow in the dark nail varnish under a black light. The work was part of APO principal percussion Eric Renick's student works project.
